  Are you sure? This is a low-level wipe

• Complete wipe, wait until the device restarts over and have the message “Reload Software 507”
  
  
• Run Loader.exe (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader)







• Select Application








• Completed and please wait until the device restarts.
